You can place a relocation request at https://www.tataplay.com/secure/tata-play-secure/relocation. Our Customer Care will get in touch with you for further assistance. You can relocate devices within your current address or to a new address within the same city.

  • Alternatively, to place relocation request, go to Get Help page of Tata Play Secure and tap ‘Raise Request’ under Relocation Services. Our Customer Care will get in touch with you for further assistance. You cannot do partial relocation of devices under a particular subscription. Once a request is placed, all the devices under that subscription will get relocated.

  • The relocation charges will be deducted from your Tata Play Account balance only after our technician has completed relocation request. Please keep sufficient balance in your Tata Play Account.

  • Service Visit charges are – RS. 0/- (per visit)
  • Relocation Charges are – Rs. 200/- (per visit)
