If your account gets deactivated due to non-payment of dues, the device will stop working and the service will stop immediately. You won't be able to see live feed or receive intelligent alerts and you will also lose your video history. After 15 days of deactivation, we will arrange for our representative to visit your location and collect the device.
Please recharge your account to unlock your camera. If you have paid the subscription amount and the camera is still locked, please reach out to our customer care team.
