  2. The Food & Beverages Voucher can be redeemed by the customer on a minimum purchase of Food & Beverages worth INR 250/-
  3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
  4. The voucher only meant for ONE – TIME USE & therefore cannot be re-used. Any such voucher which has already been used once will not be honoured by PVR again
  5. The voucher issued to the subscriber shall have 90 days/ months from the date of issue of the voucher
  6. The voucher issued to the subscriber can only be redeemed against the Food and/ or Beverages available at the PVR Theatres & up to the maximum value of the voucher
  7. The voucher issued to the subscriber cannot be redeemed at Director’s Cut, Gold Class Cinemas & The Opulent Mall, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
  8. The voucher shall be redeemable only at PVR Theatres or PVR Platforms
  9. The subscriber redeeming the voucher shall not be provided any preference for booking or purchasing the Food and/ or Beverages
  10. Redemption of the vouchers shall be as per the terms & conditions as specified by PVR
  11. The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer prevailing at PVR Multiplex Theatre and/ or platform

  17. By availing the Offer, You hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Tata Play and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Offer.
  18. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
  19. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
