These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and the terms that are applicable to shopping on Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale or these additional terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
This Offer is valid from July 16, 2021 to July 31, 2021("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by Amazon, without assigning any reason, without prior notice and without liability of any kind. These Offer Terms may change from time to time, the customers are requested to refer the updated Offer Terms on the Amazon.in.
In order to be eligible for the offer or avail benefits under the Offer, the customer will need to undertake the DTH recharge transaction during the Offer Period in accordance with the Offer Terms available on the Amazon.in.
The Offer is applicable only for a transaction that is successfully completed. A customer will not be eligible to receive the benefit under this Offer, if the transaction is cancelled, for any reason whatsoever, by the customer, by Amazon, or by the concerned Provider.
This Offer can only be availed by a customer only once during the Offer Period.
Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
All disputes relating to the transaction or the payment will be resolved in accordance with the applicable terms. All disputes between the customers and the biller (including in relation to the services) will be resolved inter-se and Amazon or any of its affiliates will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve such dispute.
By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on Amazon.in to avail this Offer.
Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, or fitness for a particular purpose or for performance of the Services.
Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or if any of the conditions of the Offer Terms are not met.
By availing this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
Any query / issue in relation to the benefits under this Offer will be entertained by Amazon only for a period of 20 days from the date of the transaction and should be addressed to Amazon customer support. Post this, Amazon shall not entertain any queries/issues.
Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
Under no circumstances, will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
The customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms
All liability with respect to the offer lies with the respective seller and TATA PLAY shall be in no way responsible for the same
